Get stuck in on-site: You’ll work side-by-side with installers during their first setups, live installs, and any troubleshooting runs. You'll help them master the Tenant Power design, meter setups, and what's needed for sign-off.
Bridge the gap: You'll collaborate with the OE Homes Delivery team to make sure our guides are actually useful on a busy site. This means making sure instructions for kit setups, battery/inverter wiring, meter placement, and data monitoring are crystal clear.
Set teams up for success: Before a single tool is lifted, you'll help make sure the installers truly understand the technical requirements, approved kit lists, and platform guides so there are no surprises midway through.
Spot what works (and what doesn't): You'll keep an eye out for what makes an install breeze through, as well as the hiccups that cause delays, missing data, or "installed-but-not-yet-live" limbo. You'll use these insights to help us build a smoother, repeatable process.
Be the feedback loop: Keep track of common installer questions, repeating issues, or confusing instructions. You’ll feed this real-world feedback straight back to our design, training, and standards teams so we can keep improving.
Pick the right battles: Use your on-site knowledge to help prioritize which properties or batches are genuinely ready to go, ensuring we focus on the projects most likely to transition smoothly to live operation.
Empower our installers: Since they are independent contractors, your job is to coach them on our standards and design intent. You'll help them confidently deliver high-quality work that matches our blueprint every time.
Bring everyone together: You'll act as the connector between housing associations, installers, supply chain, data, and delivery teams, helping to smooth out any friction points in the journey from "installed" to "live."
