Job Description
The EV Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell electric vehicles through the company's salary sacrifice program, providing expert advice and support throughout the purchasing process, and contributing to the company's mission of driving sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct sales interactions with customers focusing on the salary sacrifice product
- Advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an electric vehicle
- Discuss customer requirements and recommend suitable EVs based on their lifestyle and the benefits of electric driving
- Represent the company as the primary point of contact and voice for Octopus Electric Vehicles
Requirements
- A genuine passion for customer experience and sustainability is a must.
- Strong understanding of process and the importance of customer service.
- Experience in managing sales directly with customers, preferably in electric vehicle sales or a related field.
- Ability to advise and support customers throughout their journey towards purchasing an EV.
- Capability to discuss customer requirements and find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle, considering the salary sacrifice product fully and the benefits of going electric.
- Willingness to work in a role that includes an uncapped commission scheme and a generous car allowance as part of the overall package.
- Availability to be based in the Weybridge office 3 days a week.
