Key Responsibilities
Lead Electrify Britain’s media and press operations to drive coverage and shape narratives.
Manage relationships with journalists to secure media coverage.
Identify opportunities and craft compelling stories to engage target audiences.
Shape and promote narratives to build momentum for electrification policies.
Build and maintain relationships across politics, business, and civil society to grow alliances.
Support campaigning and external engagement efforts through media strategies.
Requirements
Experience in leading media and press operations, including driving media coverage, shaping stories, and managing relationships with journalists.
Proven ability to spot media opportunities, craft compelling stories, and secure coverage in front-page splashes, viral videos, or political moments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn ideas into headlines and campaigns into impact.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships across politics, business, and civil society to grow networks of allies and raise organizational profile.
