Job Description
We are seeking a digital performance marketer with proven experience in scaling campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving growth through data-driven strategies to attract, activate, and convert customers for Octopus Energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Escalar campañas de marketing digital y optimizar cada paso del funnel de ventas
- Analizar datos y métricas para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para atraer, activar y convertir clientes
- Gestionar ecosistema digital incluyendo paid media, funnels, analítica, CRM y CRO
Requirements
- Entender marketing digital de verdad, no solo las herramientas, sino el impacto que tienen en cómo un negocio crece, se posiciona y se gana la confianza de sus clientes.
- Ser una persona resolutiva y con mentalidad de crecimiento.
- Dominar el ecosistema digital desde paid media y funnels hasta analítica, CRM y CRO.
- Tener experiencia real haciendo crecer un negocio digital.
- Saber cómo escalar campañas y entender los números.
- Saber optimizar cada paso del funnel.
- Tener experiencia en atraer, activar y convertir clientes combinando estrategia, agilidad, creatividad y datos.
