Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via email and online chat to resolve issues and provide support.
Offer out-of-hour coverage to support customer charging needs during evenings and weekends.
Maintain flexibility to adapt to varying customer service demands and schedules.
Requirements
Ability to speak to customers over email and online chat to provide support and assistance.
Availability to work 37.5 hours a week with core hours of 7 pm - 10 pm, Monday - Friday, and one full day at the weekend, including some office visits.
Flexibility to offer out-of-hour coverage in the evenings and weekends.
Experience in customer service or a similar role involving direct communication with customers (implied by the role of a Customer Specialist).
