The job involves designing simple and sophisticated user experiences with a focus on human-centered design to support the growth and customer experience enhancement of Octopus Energy in Japan. The designer will play a crucial role in creating optimal UI/UX across various touchpoints, conducting research as needed, and implementing solutions that contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- シンプルで洗練されたユーザー体験をデザインすることに情熱を持つこと
- 人間中心 人間工学的なデザイン (Human-centered Design) の知識と経験を持つこと
- デザイン全般およびアイデア創出のあらゆる側面において重要な役割を担う能力
- ブランドが顧客と接するあらゆるタッチポイントにおいて最適なUI/UXを設計する能力
- 必要に応じてリサーチを行い、ビジネスの成長や顧客体験の向上に貢献するソリューションを実装する能力
- デザインポートフォリオの提出が必要であること
