Job Description
A Data Engineer role focused on building and maintaining data pipelines, tools, and dashboards to support forecasting, trading, risk management, and PPA processes within the energy markets, primarily across EU regions, to help drive the transition to a cleaner, smarter energy future.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines, tools, and dashboards for energy market forecasting, trading, risk management, and PPA processes.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to support electricity and gas trading operations across EU markets.
- Develop and optimize platform infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient data processing.
- Analyze complex data to support business-critical decision-making in energy markets.
Requirements
- Strong experience and understanding of electricity and or gas trading across one or more EU markets
- Ability to build efficient tools, pipelines, and dashboards for critical forecasting, trading, risk, and PPA processes
- Experience in complex data engineering and platform infrastructure
- Willingness to work in the Paris office 2-3 days a week
