Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Interagire con i clienti per recupero crediti.
Analizzare la situazione finanziaria dei clienti e proporre piani di pagamento personalizzati e sostenibili.
Supportare i clienti che si trovano in difficoltà economiche, identificando soluzioni tramite strumenti dedicati.
Usare l’iniziativa per trovare la soluzione migliore, concordando piani di rimborso adeguati.
Collaborare con i team interni e gli enti esterni (es. Agenzie di recupero crediti) per una gestione efficace del credito.
Gestire comunicazioni e richieste tramite sistemi dedicati e garantire un servizio rapido ed efficiente.
Monitorare le normative di settore e applicare le best practices per una gestione conforme e trasparente.
