Job Description
The role involves managing the entire customer journey for B2C clients, from initial contact to signing contracts and payment, focusing on promoting and installing solar panels, batteries, and electric vehicle charging stations for private individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompagner les clients B2C de la prise de contact à la signature du devis et au paiement de l'acompte.
- Développer et promouvoir l'installation de panneaux solaires, batteries solaires et bornes de recharge chez les particuliers.
- Fournir une expertise pédagogique, précise et impactante lors des interactions avec les clients.
Requirements
- Avoir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Avoir une confiance avérée dans les interactions téléphoniques.
- Avoir une expérience commerciale avec des objectifs dépassés.
- Avoir une forte soif de développement professionnel.
- Être capable d'accompagner les clients B2C de A à Z, depuis la première prise de contact jusqu'à la signature du devis et le paiement de l'acompte.
