Job Description
Assist small businesses by representing Octopus Energy Business in the field, engaging with prospects, and promoting their energy solutions through face-to-face interactions, leveraging innovative technology and targeted marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with small business owners to promote Octopus Energy Business offerings
- Utilize customer data and innovative technology platforms to create detailed and engaging conversations
- Represent and showcase the brand positively at the frontline of customer interactions
Requirements
- Ability to help small businesses by engaging in face-to-face customer interactions as part of the field team.
- Willingness to represent Octopus Energy Business and demonstrate the best of the brand during customer interactions.
- Ability to work at the frontline of customer engagement, creating detailed and engaging conversations with small business owners.
- No specific educational qualifications are explicitly required, but the candidate should be able to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ability to adapt to using customer data and the company's tech platform Kraken Technologies during customer interactions.
- Willingness to participate in face-to-face activity and local targeted marketing efforts.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with small business owners.
- Willingness to be honest and empathetic in interactions with customers and team members.
