Job Description
The Business Developer B2C at Octopus Energy France is responsible for guiding individual customers through the sales process of solar panels, batteries, and EV charging stations, from initial contact to signing contracts and securing payments, with a focus on customer experience and sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompagner les clients B2C de la prise de contact à la signature du devis et au paiement de l'acompte
- Développer les activités de la filiale dans l'installation de panneaux solaires, batteries et bornes de recharge chez les particuliers
- Assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle lors des interactions téléphoniques et commerciales
Requirements
- A complete experience in customer interaction with an exceptional customer service approach.
- Proven confidence and experience in telephone interactions.
- Experience in commercial activities with objectives exceeded.
- Strong desire and motivation for development and growth in the role.
- Ability to accompany clients from the first contact to the signing of the quote and payment of the deposit.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy and benevolence.
- Ability to develop activities with pedagogy, precision, and impact in the context of solar panels and EV charging station installations at private residences.
