The Billing Product Owner EU is responsible for shaping and managing the regional billing strategy across Europe, working closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and customer-focused billing processes at scale.

Requirements
Experience in managing billing strategy at a regional or European level, including balancing customer experience, compliance, and process efficiency.
Ability to set direction, make priorities clear, and work collaboratively with engineering teams, local operations teams, and other stakeholders across multiple countries (France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and UK).
Proven experience in keeping a product roadmap sharp, controlling bugs and features, and ensuring timely delivery of features by the appropriate teams.
Strong understanding of billing processes and management at a scale that involves multiple countries and regions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and regional partners.
Experience in a product ownership role, including managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams to shape product features and resolve issues related to billing systems.
Experience working with compliance requirements related to billing and customer data management.
Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions to improve billing processes and customer experience.
Experience in the energy or utilities sector, or in a similar industry involving complex billing systems, is preferred but not explicitly required.
