Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Aptitude to communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and sometimes in person, understanding their needs and finding solutions to their requests.
  • Ability to listen patiently, kindly, and with love, treating customers with patience, kindness, and love as if they were family members.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, handling problems never seen before and finding innovative solutions.
  • Motivation and sharing of the company's values, with a genuine interest in helping to improve the energy sector and contribute to the company's mission.
  • Ability to adapt to continuous change and to learn quickly, with a commitment to personal development and training provided by the company.
