Job Description
An AI Engineer responsible for building and scaling systems that enable the use of Generative AI models, such as LLMs, RAG, and agents, to support flagship AI projects and advance the company's mission toward a low-carbon future.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale systems that enable teams to use Generative AI models such as LLMs, RAG, and agents
- Develop scalable infrastructure, platforms, or shared services for AI deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop flagship AI projects
- Establish and improve best practices for working with AI within the organization
- Design solutions that contribute to the company's goal of moving closer to Net Zero
Requirements
- Experience in building and scaling systems that allow teams to use Generative AI models such as LLMs, RAG, and agents, including developing platforms, shared services, or other scalable infrastructure.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional team to build out flagship AI projects.
- Experience in developing solutions that contribute to moving the company closer to Net Zero.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, figuring out approaches quickly, and validating solutions fast.
- Proficiency in modern tools and infrastructure relevant to AI development.
- Strong understanding of AI systems, particularly Generative AI models, LLMs, RAG, and agents.
- Ability to take ownership of AI system development and scaling initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle wide open problems in AI development.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with customer-facing AI applications is preferred.
