We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own.

Directly lead production employees, including training, directing, conducting performance evaluations, educating, and mentoring on performance.
Look after day-to-day production activities to ensure that current commitments are achieved while improvements are being made.
Handle daily performance through the use of process center communication boards daily.
Drive improvements in capacity, throughput, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and supports nVent's safety programs.
Manage staffing levels and labor allocation to meet project schedules and production requirements.
Review and submit payroll hours on a weekly basis, entering exception hours as needed.
Support new process and product development and implementation.

3+ years manufacturing experience, with 2+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing reporting tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
