Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in asset management, IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, CMDB, governance, or related disciplines.
Experience developing and leading enterprise-wide programs without direct people management responsibilities, including strategy, governance, roadmap development, operational execution, and stakeholder adoption.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management practices, including onboarding, ownership, changes, transfers, decommissioning, disposal, data quality, and stewardship controls.
Experience implementing, integrating, or governing enterprise asset management tools and related platforms such as ServiceNow, Axonius, Tanium, Microsoft Defender, Lansweeper, Flexera, or Snow Software.
Experience supporting global manufacturing, operational technology, cloud, IoT, or connected technology environments is preferred.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory expectations such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CMMC, CIS Controls, and the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CGRC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Certified IT Asset Manager, or similar credentials are preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, executive reporting, problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
