Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus.
- Ideally 8+ years in business development or enterprise sales within data center infrastructure (cooling or power systems).
- Demonstrated success in long-cycle sales or developing new markets, especially engaging hyperscale or large colocation customers.
- Deep understanding of data center cooling technologies (direct-to-chip, immersion, chilled water, etc.) and power distribution, strong network in the APAC data center industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel across Japan & Korea ~50% of the time and work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills , fluent in reading and written Japanese and English
