Job Description
Nuro is seeking a versatile Videographer Content Producer to create, shoot, edit, and manage visual content that showcases the company's mission, products, and team, supporting brand storytelling and marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, edit, and produce video and photography content showcasing Nuro's mission, products, and people
- Document company milestones, events, testing, manufacturing, and team stories
- Develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Plan, organize, and execute on-location shoots, including managing camera, lighting, and audio setups
- Post-produce raw footage and photos into polished assets optimized for various platforms
- Manage audiovisual asset archive and maintain brand style guides
- Coordinate and manage production schedules across multiple teams and requests
- Set up and operate in-house studio equipment for headshots, interviews, and recordings
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive, on-brand visual storytelling
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional videography, photography, or multimedia production in-house or agency.
- Drone photography and videography experience with FAA certification.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, framing, pacing, and composition.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling across both video and photography, ideally with experience in the auto or tech industry.
- Expertise with professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Proficiency with professional editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Final Cut Pro.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in asset management and delivery.
- Ability to concept, shoot, edit, and deliver a wide range of content including short-form social content, PR stills, headshots, longer narrative pieces, and campaign videos.
- Experience in planning and executing location shoots, including handling camera, lighting, and audio setups.
- Experience in building and managing an organized, searchable archive of audiovisual assets.
- Ability to establish and maintain a video style guide, including treatments, animations, and text overlays.
- Experience in managing company equipment, ensuring physical assets and recording equipment are well-maintained.
- Ability to support motion graphics, animation, and visual templates to strengthen brand cohesion.
- Ability to perform color correction, audio mixing, and light visual effects to enhance production quality.
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with internal teams and external vendors or freelancers.
- Comfortable working hands-on in all aspects of production, including concepting, shooting, editing, and delivering content.
