Job Description
The role involves designing and developing large-scale data processing systems and pipelines to support autonomous driving technology, with a focus on creating reliable data infrastructure for training and evaluating AI models in a robotics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale batch and streaming data processing systems for evaluation data.
- Create and implement storage solutions for large volumes and diverse evaluation metrics.
- Construct dashboards and reports to visualize evaluation results and facilitate comparisons.
- Develop end-to-end data pipelines from data ingestion to consumption.
- Maintain testing and monitoring systems to ensure data integrity and pipeline resilience.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or similar programming languages.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Experience working with large-scale data and building scalable reliable systems and data pipelines.
- Ability to understand and design complex systems.
- Experience setting team or project product and technical vision, timelines, and prioritization, including formal or informal roles as a Tech Lead, mentoring, and supporting junior engineers.
- Ability and willingness to deep dive into implementation, driving technical standards and best practices across a broader software organization.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range between $167,200 and $250,800 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills
