Job Description

The Director of People Operations at Nexamp will lead a team of HR professionals, focusing on enhancing HR practices such as compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance, while leveraging data analytics to improve employee lifecycle management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the People analytics function to monitor HR metrics and trends.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Align compensation practices with headcount planning.
  • Oversee administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize and automate core HR functions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to the HR team.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, with specific focus on compensation analytics.
  • 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building and implementing People analytics functions, developing metrics, and creating dashboards for leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and compensation structures.
  • Experience aligning compensation structures with business strategies.
  • Familiarity with benefits payroll.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating information, ideas, and perspectives with people inside and beyond your organization.
  • Experience in showcasing initiative to make improvements to current work, processes, products, and services across the organization.
  • Ability to ask appropriate questions, analyze data, identify the root causes of problems, and present creative solutions.
  • Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders.
