Job Description

The Process Engineer at Natron Energy will support the ramp-up of battery manufacturing operations by focusing on process development, yield improvement, and troubleshooting, while also facilitating the transfer of processes to contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

  • •Support production and ramp up of battery manufacturing operations
  • •Conduct process development and yield improvement
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing issues
  • •Introduce and qualify new processes and equipment
  • •Determine robust operating conditions for processes
  • •Facilitate transfer of processes to contract manufacturers
  • •Assist contract manufacturers in absorbing Natron Energy processes

Requirements

  • •Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement with thoughtful, collaborative and disciplined execution is a must.
  • •Experience in process development, yield improvement, troubleshooting, and introducing and qualifying new processes and equipment.
  • •Ability to determine robust operating conditions for all processes to facilitate transfer to contract manufacturers.
  • •Experience in assisting contract manufacturers with absorbing Natron Energy processes.
