Job Description
The Process Engineer at Natron Energy will support the ramp-up of battery manufacturing operations by focusing on process development, yield improvement, and troubleshooting, while also facilitating the transfer of processes to contract manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production and ramp up of battery manufacturing operations
- Conduct process development and yield improvement
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues
- Introduce and qualify new processes and equipment
- Determine robust operating conditions for processes
- Facilitate transfer of processes to contract manufacturers
- Assist contract manufacturers in absorbing Natron Energy processes
Requirements
- Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement with thoughtful, collaborative and disciplined execution is a must.
- Experience in process development, yield improvement, troubleshooting, and introducing and qualifying new processes and equipment.
- Ability to determine robust operating conditions for all processes to facilitate transfer to contract manufacturers.
- Experience in assisting contract manufacturers with absorbing Natron Energy processes.
