Job Description
WHAT WE OFFER
Key Responsibilities
District payroll for bargaining employees ensuring accuracy and compliance with union and corporate guidelines
Review and enter timecards
Process unemployment claims
Prepare interim checks
Prepare union reports and certified payrolls
Review reports and correct errors in a timely manner while communicating with employees and management
Accounts Receivable – Prepare customer billing and track progress to elicit timely payment, ensure revenue is booked correctly; entry of billing in proprietary client systems (i.e., ACIS) and storm billings
Industry Specific Needs – perform timely, accurate union benefit reporting and customer required reporting (diversity, monthly hours, etc.)
Assist team with the performance of any of the above as needed
Acceptable levels of productivity, quality work product, compliance with company policy and regular attendance
Attend and assist meetings, gatherings, etc. at the behest of the Office Manager
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Experience in a multi-state payrolls, garnishments and construction environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or related field
