Job Description

The Senior Manager, Onboarding Success is responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing post-implementation success, and leading teams to deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and client retention within Metergy's North American client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with North American clients to ensure ongoing success after implementation
  • Partner with the Sales team to support portfolio growth
  • Oversee teams responsible for operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Act as the voice of the customer to drive long-term client retention

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role, with a strategic and seasoned approach, preferably in client onboarding, customer success, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships across a diverse client portfolio, specifically within North America.
  • Experience in ensuring sustained success post-implementation of solutions or services.
  • Ability to partner closely with sales teams to support portfolio growth and client retention.
  • Experience overseeing high-performing teams responsible for delivering operational excellence.
  • Strong skills acting as the voice of the customer to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and team leadership.
  • Ability to deliver operational excellence and drive long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Experience working in or with the utility, energy, or technology sectors is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a startup-like energy.
  • Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Physical and mental capacity to manage a high-responsibility role involving strategic planning, relationship management, and team oversight.
