Job Description

The Sales Strategy and Operations Manager will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency within the sales organization, managing sales processes, tools, and reporting, while also developing strategies for market expansion and client acquisition to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize sales processes, tools, and reporting
  • Support the development and implementation of market expansion strategies
  • Target key opportunities to secure large clients
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and account managers to ensure alignment
  • Remove operational bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing sales processes, tools, and reporting.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies to expand into new markets across the USA.
  • Ability to target key opportunities to secure large clients and drive business growth.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights that contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working closely with sales leaders, account managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and remove operational bottlenecks.
