The Onboarding Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients, working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to meet performance goals, particularly focusing on the Onboarding Score, and managing projects to facilitate seamless service initiation.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate onboarding processes
Advance and monitor key performance indicators, particularly the Onboarding Score
Manage and coordinate project activities related to client onboarding
Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with clients
Requirements
Experience in project management with the ability to advance key performance indicators, particularly Metergy’s Onboarding Score.
Strong collaborative approach with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients.
Critical thinking abilities to independently and effectively work on tasks related to onboarding and client service.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve onboarding and client satisfaction goals.
Ability to forge strong B2B relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and successful onboarding processes.
