Job Description
The Onboarding Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients by collaborating with internal teams and clients, focusing on key performance indicators, and managing projects to facilitate seamless service initiation and foster strong B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate onboarding processes
- Advance key performance indicators, particularly Metergy’s Onboarding Score
- Manage relationships with B2B clients to support onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Apply project management skills to coordinate onboarding activities and timelines
- Utilize critical thinking to address onboarding challenges and improve processes
Requirements
- Experience in managing client onboarding processes to ensure a seamless service commencement for clients.
- Strong collaborative approach with clients and internal teams to facilitate onboarding and project success.
- Ability to advance key performance indicators, particularly Metergy’s Onboarding Score.
- Critical thinking abilities to independently analyze and resolve onboarding-related issues.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve onboarding objectives.
- Ability to forge strong B2B relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate onboarding activities and meet deadlines.
