Job Description
The Onboarding Success Manager is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for clients by collaborating with internal teams and clients, focusing on key performance indicators, and managing projects to facilitate seamless service initiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to facilitate onboarding processes
- Advance key performance indicators, particularly the Onboarding Score
- Manage and coordinate project activities related to client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships during onboarding
Requirements
- Experience in project management with the ability to advance key performance indicators, particularly Metergy’s Onboarding Score.
- Strong collaborative approach with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service commencement for onboarding clients.
- Critical thinking abilities to independently and effectively work on tasks related to onboarding and client service.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve onboarding and client relationship goals.
- Ability to forge strong B2B relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and relationship building.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, execution, and monitoring of onboarding processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Educational background or experience relevant to project management, client onboarding, or related fields (specific degree or certification not specified but implied as necessary).
