Job Description
The Junior Project Manager - Field Services is responsible for coordinating and overseeing field service projects related to submetering installations, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction within a fast-growing energy technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of submetering systems in multi-residential and commercial buildings.
- Manage remote reading of meters and ensure accurate data collection for utility consumption.
- Assist in billing and collection processes for utility services provided to clients.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution of field services activities.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Ability to understand technical information related to submetering, utility billing, or energy management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform site visits and inspections as required.
- Willingness to work in a field environment, including travel to various locations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education or certifications preferred.
