The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by optimizing working capital, developing strategies for receivables collection, and managing customer credit, while leading a team to improve cash flow and liquidity through standards, practices, and KPI measures.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop standards, practices, tools, and KPI measures to improve cash and liquidity.
Understanding of accounting principles.
Experience in optimizing working capital, building strategies to collect outstanding receivables, and managing customer credit.
Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve financial health of the organization.
Experience in stewarding the financial health of an organization through cash and liquidity management.
Proven ability to develop and measure KPIs related to cash flow and liquidity improvement.
Experience in managing and improving accounts receivable and customer credit processes.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations.
Strong leadership qualities and experience in managing a team to achieve financial goals.
