Job Description
A Customer Relations Specialist responsible for providing professional, timely, and helpful assistance to customers to enhance their experience with Metergy Solutions' utility submetering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, helpful, and professional assistance to customers contacting the company
- Enhance the customer experience through effective communication and support
Requirements
- Provide timely, helpful, and professional assistance to customers who contact us to enhance the customer experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills suitable for a call center environment.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries related to utility consumption, billing, and related issues.
- Experience in a customer service or call center role, with a focus on providing high-quality support.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Commitment to providing helpful and professional assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Physical ability to perform job duties which may include sitting for extended periods and using a telephone and computer equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent education level required; additional post-secondary education or certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
