Job Description

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing timely and professional assistance to customers. This temporary position may extend and offers a hybrid work schedule with available overtime shifts.

Requirements

  • Must provide timely, helpful and professional assistance to customers who contact us.
  • Must be able to work in a temporary position with a chance to extend.
  • Must be available for a hybrid schedule once fully trained.
  • Must be able to work overtime shifts if required.
