Job Description
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing timely and professional assistance to customers. This temporary position may extend and offers a hybrid work schedule with available overtime shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional assistance to customers
- Enhance the customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding utility consumption
Requirements
- Must provide timely, helpful and professional assistance to customers who contact us.
- Must be able to work in a temporary position with a chance to extend.
- Must be available for a hybrid schedule once fully trained.
- Must be able to work overtime shifts if required.
