Job Description
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for managing and developing the company's BI Revenue Assurance Program, operational dashboards, reporting, and ensuring gross margin integrity to support business growth and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and execute the Business Intelligence Revenue Assurance Program
- Oversee Annual Rate Increases and operations dashboards
- Generate and analyze reporting related to gross margin integrity
Requirements
- Experience in managing, developing, and executing Business Intelligence (BI) Revenue Assurance Programs, Annual Rate Increases, operations dashboards, reporting, and overall Gross Margin (GM) Integrity.
- Ability to develop and maintain operations dashboards and reporting systems related to business intelligence and revenue assurance.
- Proven experience in managing business intelligence tools and data analysis to support revenue and margin integrity.
- Strong understanding of revenue assurance processes and gross margin management within a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team responsible for business intelligence functions.
- Experience with SaaS models and data management in a technology-driven environment is preferred (implied by context, but not explicitly mandatory).
