Job Description
The Billing Analyst is responsible for supporting the billing department by ensuring accurate and timely processing of utility bills and client remittances, contributing to the company's goal of providing reliable utility consumption data and supporting its growth in the submetering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in completing tasks to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for residents and clients
- Process LDC Bulk Bills in a timely manner
- Process client remittances accurately and promptly
Requirements
- Participate in the completion of tasks required to meet Key Success Indicators and Objectives within the Billing department.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing for both the resident and client.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of LDC Bulk Bills.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of Client Remittances.
