Job Description
A strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, brand management, and communications to enhance Madison Energy Infrastructure's presence and influence in the clean energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the company's brand, positioning, and messaging strategies.
- Create compelling brand narratives, campaigns, and experiences to expand reach and influence.
- Oversee brand management, marketing strategy, programs, and communications.
- Lead programs to expand market reach and engage key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure consistent brand voice.
- Monitor and optimize marketing efforts based on data insights and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and programs that expand market reach, engage key stakeholders, and optimize results based on insights and measurable outcomes.
- Experience in overseeing brand management, marketing strategy, and communications functions.
- Ability to develop compelling brand narratives, campaigns, and experiences that enhance brand positioning and influence.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership to ensure a consistent and strong brand voice.
- Demonstrated ability to connect bold ideas with measurable outcomes through data-informed decision making.
- Experience in leading programs that increase impact across the clean energy landscape or similar sectors.
- Proven leadership skills in a strategic, hands-on marketing role, with the ability to shape how an organization presents itself in the world.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment with a focus on ownership, ambition, and high performance.
