Job Description
The Technical Program Manager in hardware at Loft Orbital is responsible for supporting planning and execution of engineering projects, developing efficient processes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions to advance space operations and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team planning and execution to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Develop lightweight and intuitive processes to improve team efficiencies
- Collaborate with the TPM group to guide effective and efficient team workflows
- Contribute to shaping the growth and operational strategies of the team
Requirements
- Supporting the team in their planning and execution to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Working closely with the TPM group across Loft to help guide how teams work effectively and efficiently together.
- Strong English communication skills to collaborate, convey complex ideas, and communicate important messages effectively.
