Sub-Contracts Manager

• Proven experience (6+ years) in sub-contract management • Experience in a company with a production / test environment • Experience with procurement of electromechanical assemblies and relevant build and test processes • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work with a global team and communicate effectively • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work autonomously • Proficient working in ERP system (e.g., NetSuite) and with Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Technical baseline understanding • Supplier design maturity assessment • Systems engineering literacy • Program execution integration (IMS, risk, MR, milestone gates) • Government/compliance rigor • Complex aerospace supplier oversight • Make/buy and strategic supplier selection • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Fluent in French and/or Arabic • Experience with purchasing and/or inventory modules in NetSuite • Experience in aerospace industry • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations and US Government contracting protocols • Supply Chain or Project Management certification (e.g., ASCM, PMP) • Technical baseline understanding • Supplier design maturity assessment • Systems engineering literacy • Program execution integration (IMS, risk, MR, milestone gates) • Government/compliance rigor • Complex aerospace supplier oversight • Make/buy and strategic supplier selection
