Requirements
Proven experience in software engineering, with the ability to design, build, and operate core Mission Management Services (MMS) that enable spacecraft and constellation scheduling.
Experience in developing software that creates optimal timeframes for client payload access and manages the complexity of multi-satellite operations.
Ability to participate in live satellite operations and directly impact real-world missions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to space system operations and automation stacks.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively within an international team.
Demonstrated ownership of work and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with schedule optimization, software integration, and automation for space missions (implied by involvement in full automation stack).
