Job Description
A Senior Security Engineer responsible for ensuring the security of Loft Orbital's automated, containerized, and globally distributed satellite infrastructure, collaborating across teams to enhance security practices and respond to incidents in a fast-paced space mission environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the security of automated, containerized, and distributed infrastructure throughout its lifecycle
- Collaborate with infrastructure, software, product, and solution teams to enhance security maturity
- Participate in DevSecOps practices to integrate security into development and operations processes
- Respond to security incidents and manage security-related issues
Requirements
- Ensure that our highly automated, containerized, and globally distributed infrastructure remains secure throughout its lifecycle, from architecture to incident response.
- Collaborate directly with infrastructure, software, product, and solution teams to scale Loft’s security maturity while embracing startup agility and culture.
- Possess strong English communication skills to better collaborate, easily communicate complex ideas, and convey important messages.
- Be a problem solver and a great communicator.
