A Senior FPGA Engineer responsible for developing and executing FPGA strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of FPGA-related projects to support Loft's space missions and satellite operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute FPGA strategy aligned with the company's technology roadmap
- Ensure successful delivery of FPGA-related projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on FPGA development and integration
- Drive process improvements within the FPGA team
- Elevate the technical expertise of the FPGA team
Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing FPGA strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of FPGA-related projects.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to drive process improvements within FPGA development teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively in English.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address significant technical challenges.
- Proficiency in FPGA design, development, and implementation techniques.
- Experience working with FPGA development tools and workflows.
- Educational background in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong English language skills for effective collaboration in an international team.
