Requirements
Proven track record sourcing and hiring engineering, technical, program management, and business operations roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Direct experience in the space or aerospace industry
Experience partnering closely with hiring managers, engineering leads, program teams, and People Operations to build pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, and support end-to-end hiring for technical and operational roles
Ability to perform the role of a high-performing remote recruiter for a duration of at least 6 months
