Job Description
A temporary remote Recruiter Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing and hiring engineering, technical, program management, and business operations roles in the space or aerospace industry, supporting end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and teams to understand staffing needs
- Build talent pipelines and execute sourcing strategies
- Support end-to-end hiring processes for technical and operational roles
Requirements
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring engineering, technical, program management, and business operations roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Direct experience in the space or aerospace industry
- Experience partnering closely with hiring managers, engineering leads, program teams, and People Operations to build pipelines, execute sourcing strategies, and support end-to-end hiring for technical and operational roles
- Ability to perform the role of a high-performing remote recruiter for a duration of at least 6 months
