Job Description
The Receiving Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and system booking of incoming shipments to support warehouse operations, requiring attention to detail and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming shipments
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy
- Systematically book incoming shipments into inventory management system
- Collaborate with inventory, quality, and production teams to coordinate receiving processes
Requirements
- Ensure the accurate and timely receipt, inspection, and system booking of incoming shipments.
- Strong attention to detail in all receiving processes.
- Ownership of receiving processes, including managing and overseeing the receipt and inspection of shipments.
- Seamless collaboration with inventory, quality, and production teams.
