Job Description
A People Operations Coordinator Intern role focused on supporting HR administration, HRIS, payroll, and employee experience initiatives within an international, fast-paced tech environment, during a period of organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administration, HRIS, and payroll processes
- Support day-to-day HR operations in a multicultural environment
- Contribute to projects related to payroll migration, HRIS, and LMS deployments
- Help improve employee experience and operational efficiency through HR tools and workflows
Requirements
- Motivated individual seeking an internship position as a People Operations Coordinator intern.
- Ability to help the international People team deliver a smooth, compliant employee experience during a critical period of transformation projects including payroll migration, HRIS, and LMS deployments.
- Willingness to gain hands-on experience across HR administration, HRIS, and payroll.
- Support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, multicultural tech environment.
- Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively, convey complex ideas, and communicate important messages.
- Ability to complete a short, role-relevant exercise during the interview process to demonstrate approach and attention to detail.
