Job Description
A highly capable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant responsible for providing one-on-one support to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, travel, and personal commitments in a fast-paced, discreet, and proactive manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's professional and personal schedule, including meetings, travel, and commitments
- Coordinate and prioritize communications, including managing the CEO's inbox
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them
- Ensure seamless execution of the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and communications
- Operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all tasks
Requirements
- Provide one-on-one support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's professional and personal schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, communications, and personal commitments.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements inside out and keep everything under control while anticipating what is next.
- Operate with complete discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Be proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO before they arise.
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Be highly dependable and resourceful, capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to operate efficiently under pressure.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of duties.
- Demonstrate sharpness, discretion, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Have experience supporting executive-level professionals, preferably as an executive secretary or assistant.
