Key Responsibilities
Apply technical knowledge to develop and support utility design projects while ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with designers, drafters, clients, and internal teams to complete accurate design packages.
Prepare designs, calculations, drawings, and technical analyses for projects of varying complexity.
Support project coordination by communicating scope, cost, schedule, and quality considerations.
Review and ensure work products meet company and client procedures, including quality control and documentation standards.
Conduct peer reviews, perform self-checks, and deliver accurate work with minimal errors.
Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Provide guidance to designers and drafters and support team collaboration.
Perform field visits and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET accredited university
3+ years of relevant work experience in electrical distribution
Knowledge of software's BOUD, Maximo
Strong work ethic with desire to work in a production environment
