Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal (P3) to join our growing team. Reporting to an Assistant General Counsel, this role will provide support to the Legal Department, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Directors, with responsibility for corporate governance and related administrative functions across the organization. The role will also serve as the administrator of the Legal Department's signature portal, managing the intake, coordination, and execution of contracts and other documents routed for signature across the business. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with senior in-house attorneys and business leaders on governance, transactional, and operational matters in a fast-paced renewable energy organization.

• Bachelor's Degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar paralegal/corporate governance role, ideally in-house or supporting an in-house legal team.
• Demonstrated experience administering an electronic signature platform (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or similar) and managing high-volume signature workflows.
• Familiarity with Delaware LLC governance and multi-state qualification/compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Experience with entity management software (e.g. hCue).
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when supporting senior leadership and members of the Board of Directors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and reliably meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, tech-forward, and adaptable in an evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience handling highly confidential records, communications, and organizational information with discretion.
• Experience managing small- to mid-size projects from intake through completion.
