Requirements
- 2+ years of experience at a communications agency or start-up technology company, with a focus on PR, social media, or digital marketing
- Skilled writer, with experience across multiple formats (including bylines, pitches, social) and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Media relations experience, including a track record of impactful placements and proactive storytelling
- Capable project manager with a knack for staying organized and working across multiple projects and competing timelines
- Passion for consuming the news and following media trends, with an interest in innovation and technology
- Consistent and reliable team collaborator, skilled in managing and communicating information effectively
- Direct, inclusive interpersonal communication skills
- Track-record of reliable, high-quality work in fast-paced environments
- Ability to integrate earned media efforts with digital marketing campaigns is a plus
- Diverse work samples that exemplify execution of integrated communications goals, including placements, social campaigns, and thought leadership, encouraged
