Job Description
Last Energy seeks a highly motivated Recruiting Associate to contribute to Last Energy's rapid growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels including Linkedin, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and other recruitment-related activities with candidates and interviewers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience
- Communicate hiring updates to Hiring Managers
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment strategy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data in our applicant tracking system (Lever)
- Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting-related role
- Understanding of engineering-related industries is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
