Requirements
- Support evaluation and execution of strategic transactions and special projects including M A deals, debt offerings, JV agreements, project finance, and sales channel partnerships.
- Possess modeling expertise to analyze financial data and develop financial models for various transactions.
- Demonstrate sharp judgment to identify edge-case risks and structure favorable terms for high-impact financial initiatives.
- Work alongside the VP of Corporate Development on bespoke finance-oriented projects.
