Job Description
The Transformation Director leads initiatives to implement innovative technology solutions that drive energy system sustainability and efficiency, supporting the company's mission to create a smart, decarbonized energy future through digital transformation and strategic change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation initiatives to integrate and optimize energy management technology platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies for deploying innovative energy solutions and digital tools.
- Oversee the adoption of AI-driven systems to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading transformation projects within the energy or utility sector, demonstrating the ability to manage complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of energy management systems, including Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Experience with AI-driven communication platforms and the integration of advanced technologies into energy management solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic transformation roadmaps aligned with sustainable energy goals and decarbonization efforts.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and international clients to achieve transformation objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role related to energy technology transformation or similar fields.
- Knowledge of renewable energy optimization, grid intelligence, and local flexibility solutions.
- Ability to manage and oversee the deployment of large-scale technology solutions across multiple markets, with experience managing projects involving over 65GW of energy assets or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and clients.
- Experience working with international energy clients and understanding of global energy markets and regulations.
- A track record of successfully replacing or upgrading core technology stacks for utility companies and delivering measurable transformation success.
