Job Description
The Technical Programme Manager for Engineering Enablement at Kraken is responsible for coordinating and executing complex technical projects and initiatives across global teams to enhance engineering processes, improve developer experience, and support the company's mission of creating a sustainable energy system.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive the execution, planning, and change management of high-priority technical projects across global teams
- Manage complex initiatives to improve engineering systems, processes, and support for secure and reliable product development
- Ensure the successful delivery of technical projects that enhance global engineering capabilities and developer experience
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating complex technical initiatives and projects across global teams.
- Proven ability to drive execution, planning, and change management for high-priority technical projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, systems, and support to build, deploy, and operate products securely and reliably.
- Ability to enable engineering excellence by focusing on internal systems, processes, and support structures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to serve as a key execution partner to Engineering Directors and other stakeholders.
- Experience in managing technical projects that impact global delivery capability and developer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously across different teams and regions.
